Can I log on this toon?

Long story short.... I was stupid and bought a character re-customization rather than a race-change. I called billing and they are going to refund my $15 so I can buy the race-change in 3 days (after the initial 3-day cool down) and I can spend the $25.

When I log into WoW, my character list still shows I can do the re-customization, which I don't want to do, since I'm getting a refund. So I've left this toon alone until I get my refund.

With that out of the way, am I safe to log into this character so I can get some herbs off of her to finish leveling a profession on another toon? Or am I better off not touching this toon until my refund goes through? ^^
