You will need to contact Billing and Account services to recover the account, they will be the ones to let you know if the name or address will be a problem. It really depends on what all you can verify on the account. Here is the information:
Account Services Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time
