I lost my authenticator for my account the other day. /facepalms

And well i looked everywhere for it to no avail i lost it.

Well i immediately called up at 1:43am 3 minutes ago for me. *Australian here*

And well they got my Authenticator removed, and it took 20 Minutes of waiting time.

Just saying thanks a bunch for taking minimal time, i am quite astounded at how quick it took actually on the phone no less then 3 minutes.

I really appreciate it and i will continue in paying for my subscription for many more years. :)

Glad you were able to get this sorted out so quickly, Solidarity! We have been working to reduce our wait times, redoubling our efforts and implementing features that give players options on how to get an issue resolved so not every issue requires a call into Billing & Account Services. It is nice to hear that our efforts have not going unnoticed! :0)
