Recieved Presale Email, Cannot Access Store

Morning, thought I'd ask here before calling. Phone needs to charge, no telling how long I might be on hold. :o)

I received the email from '[email protected]' titled 'BlizzCon 48-Hour Sale: Show Before the Show!" on 10/7, which you can verify it was sent from your end. Waited up Saturday, sale was pushed back. Stayed up again Sunday only to find that I couldn't access the presale. Tried again this morning, no luck.

I believe my battle.net account needs to be flagged with a promo code in order to open up the presale part of the store, other posts said the rep they talked to said it was "48hour" or something to that effect.

If this could get fixed, great! If not, I'll give support a call later after I get some sleep.

I'm afraid I don't have access to that, Missescake.

There were some technical issues, but yes - your account does have to be flagged. If it's not, that could be an issue.

Our queue and hold times have been coming steadily down, hopefully it won't be quite as challenging to get through to Billing :), but that's what I would recommend.
