Oh my goodness, please accept my apologies - and convey them to your friend, Glint. An email should have gone out on this and it appears one did not.

While I cannot discuss this with a 3rd party, I can ask one be sent :). If you have contact with him, please ask him to check his email - it may take a little time to arrive, but one is to be sent.
