Trial accounts out of nowhere!

I keep getting trial accoutns on my main account and I dont know from where.

Now i have 2 trials on my main account which is annoying , because when i log in now i have to pick my main instead of the trials, how can i remove those?

second my friend says that when i log on different characters my name on real id has a #1 or #2 on it, the only way that i know of that this is possible is if i would have 2 accounts.

how can i fix these 2 issues?

Not sure if you are clicking on add trial by mistake, but you may have these removed by contacting Account Services by web form or phone here:

    Account Services
