Unable to faction change because of Gquit

Not sure if I am only one having issue with this. I did a faction change last night and was charged the $30. However, I can't complete the faction change because WoW thinks I am still in a guild. When I login to the toon it shows the guild name under my toon. If I type "gquit" it does nothing at all. I can go into the guild leader's account and kick him, but it still shows up when I log back in on the kicked toon.

Ultimately, please refund my $30 and I will do an unguilded toon, or please respond to my ticket. It wouldn't be so bad, except you already charged me.
