Raid Lockouts?

Sorry if this was posted about already, I tried searching and i didn't see anything on the known bugs/info list.

My Raid Info button is grayed out, and we were planning to extend one of our lockouts this weekend.
Was this an intended thing to erase all of our previous lockouts because of the new flexible raid system?
Or is this an unintended bug?
If this was intended, why has there been no mention or warning?

We've been working on this for awhile now so I'm hoping we don't have to start all over to get back to where we were saved to.
