All toons have non-removabale tabards

I read the patch notes and can't seem to find anything about this. Is it a bug and if so how can I take off these tabards? I quit a guild to try to take off one and it did not work.

Ok, My *mage* has a non-removable tabard but apparently my lock is fine, sorry I used the broad term "all".
