Accidentally bought the wrong service

Hi. =]

So I wanted to change my paladin into a human guy instead of a girl. So I bought a Race Change. Little did I know that I was unable to change it with that. So, I went to buy a character re-customization and it says I am ineligible.

All in all, all I want to do is change my character to a human guy. Is there anyway I can cancel the race change and turn it into a re-customization? Any help is greatly appreciated!
