Unable to leave my guild

So I payed for a faction change and it will not let me complete the change because this character is still in a guild. I logged on her and the guild tab doesn't show anyone there, despite there being players online. It wouldn't let me /gquit so I had them remove me from the guild. I saw "so and so has removed you from the guild" and I no longer showed up in the roster, but I can still talk in guild chat, it still lists me as in the guild when I shift click my name. I tryed having him invite me back so I can try /gquiting again, but it says that I am in a guild when he trys to invite me back.

Is there any fix for this? I have tryed everything I can think of but I just can't seem to deguild this character. I couldn't find any topics about this, but has anyone else experienced this and know of a solution? I am unable to complete my faction change until this is taken care of so if anyone has any suggestions, much appreciated.
