Trial Account Won't Upgrade

One of my friends recruited me into playing this past week. I enjoyed the game and decided to upgrade my account. My roommate has Wrath installed on all the computers in the house so i attempted to save time and use the online upgrade feature. I put in my card info and purchased the game. It took the card info and stated that my account was upgraded. However when i logged onto the game, i still have the trial account restrictions. The "upgrade account" link is no longer at the top of my screen but i can't access any of the regular game play and get the trial account error message when i try. Also it still won't allow me to access the DK class. Clarification on these issues would be great.
