Missing enchants - Blue Tracker

missing the enchant for powerful stats to my chest piece after downloading 4.0, the right thing to do in this case is of course to restore the enchant, or at least the mats so i can do it again. in the meantime i have to suffer reduced performancein heroics while they work it out? granted, 1 enchant should not make the differencce of a party wiping, but those enchants represent significant time and effort to achieve in game. to deny restoration would be... well i can't think of a mean enough word. i have also opened a ticket to go on record as soon as i noticed. thank you for your time

Unfortunately enchantments will not be restored or reimbursed.
