Who feels that you are a beta tester

Well subject is, do you feel like your just a beta tester.. Testing and finding bugs and glitchs while you are playing live, that they expect you to keep paying real money for this.

I understand that on beta game, you choose to test and find bugs. But on live?

I have played many mmo's before that when a update isn't stable enough they would reinburst you or explain why that is happening..

Well the one I played a long time ago was ragnorok, they had a big update.. While other's beta tested for a while to find bugs or glitchs, when it hit lived and the live servers wasn't able to be stable. Because people kept crashing, disconnected or a lot of glitchs on there character.. They would explan about the patch or update, then they would reimburse you.

I don't know about you guys, but I saw this tank just got knocked out 1 hit, I have seen other stuff on live isn't suppose to be a bug or gitchs

When the update hit live, who were even able to play icc, voa, and other raids like you normally do? Cause most all the time I kept locking out while I changed a character, or disconnected.

I have a friend can't even play cause her talents reset everytime she relogs, she even before she checked her character, the game crashed.

Any thoughts of the matter? But please don't bash and be constructive, I don't feel like this post being removed,

If I get (happens every update you get some class crying about something) this isn't about talents or the game, I just can't help notice everyone is reporting number of bugs or glitchs and this is live. That I for one not been able to play a stable game.

This is the largest patch we've released to date with a lot of very big systems and UI changes. We have a list of known issues in the bug forum and are keeping a close eye on additional reports of issues. I highly suggest anyone who is experiencing issues of a technical nature to please visit the Technical Support forums. You may find some answers there. I'd also like to suggest turning off your UI mods then turning them on one at a time to see if they may be affecting your performance or any issues you may be having.

We are continuing to work on ironing out existing bugs and also have additional work we are doing on the game. This patch is by no means the end of things and while the waters may be a little choppy right now, things will get smoother as we go along.

If you run into additional bugs that we don't have listed in the Bug forum (known issues), please feel free to report it so that we can track it down. While we obviously have been running the beta test for Cataclysm and had a PTR, live implementation can sometimes bring about additional surprises or issues that weren't seen in the test environment.

We know that some of you are experiencing some frustrations and we will continue to do everything we can to alleviate them.

Neth, how on earth do you deal so calmly with some of these people? lol. I have to respect that professionalism.

Because I, and the rest of the team here (and by extension Blizzard) care.

That said, I'm looking into some of the previously mentioned issues to see where we are with them. For some people having issues (and keep in mind I am NOT Tech support), they may need to update drivers or (again) check their UI AddOns if they have any to make sure they're causing issues themselves.

We'll do our best to keep everyone informed as we make fixes as well, but unfortunately, as much as we may try, we can't be in every thread at every moment answering every question. Sometimes answers take time as frustrating as that may be to hear. But, we will get you any answers we can as quickly as we can.

I just wanted to remind everyone to please refrain from harassing or defamatory language aimed at other participants in this thread. Whether you agree or not with each other, please do not go the way of getting personal or take things personally. I really would prefer not to have to suspend people for inappropriate posts and so far have merely deleted some comments. Let's keep things civilized here or I get out the big ban stick of flaming doom.

Thanks!
