Floating health bars gone?

What happened to the floating health bars you used to be able to turn on and off with V? V only turns names on and off for me now. Randomly now and then I will see a health bar or two but they are always a different size and don't look right. I don't have any kind of addon that messes with health bars so its not an addon causing it. How do I turn the health bars on?

/console spreadnameplates 0 - Makes them overlap like they used to.
/console bloatnameplates 1 - Makes nameplates larger depending on threat percentage.
/console bloatthreat 1 - Makes nameplates resize depending on threat gain/loss. Only active when a mob has multiple units on its threat table.

Thanks, the first command listed worked. Brought back the normal health bars.
