Toggling "V"

Normally toggling "V" shows the enemy HEALTH BARS but after 4.0.1 its been glitching showing enemy NAME PLATES instead, Ive noticed sometimes it would glitch every couple minutes showing the bars then not showing.

Anyone else having that problem?

Make sure you have enabled the name plate option in your Interface window, under the Name Category.
