So I have emailed Techinical support, I have posted in the Technical support forums (both last night) and still can't get an answer as to why I am unable to re-install WoW on my computer and why it is doing what it is doing. I have been playing for 4+ years now, and I pay to play this game, now I am paying and NOT able to play this game.

Everything was going just fine until yesterday and now this. Not only am I not able to re-install WoW but I am experiencing problems with other programs on my computer as well. Once again, I had NONE of these problems before yesterday and the patch.

If I can't get an answer soon to fix my problems I am seriously considering contacting the BBB and the State Attorney General about this matter.

I do not consider my loss in this matter just being the time I can't play at the moment, but the fact that I bought the CD's to play this game, the time invested for 4 years to get my characters to where they are, and the money I spent each mouth already.

Q u o t e:
While it is unfortunate that you have not received an email response from Tech Support, posting on the forums is only of limited use because, like here, a response is not guaranteed. If you want one-on-one support in a more timely manner than email can provide, you may wish to call Tech Support directly.
This, very much-- thanks Daniera.

Will, I can see the email you sent to our Tech Support group around 10:15pm last night. It's been about 13 hours since then, and our Tech team is extremely busy with one of the biggest patches we've had since [edited!] Wrath of the Lich King.

I am confident that our agents want to assist you, and will get to your email as quickly as possible. If you'd like a more rapid response, however I would second Daniera's suggestion to make use of the phone support available 7 days a week.

I hope that we can get you back in game and enjoying the new content soon!
