Faction Change

This problem isn't just my own, but my boyfriends as well. We both bought faction changes yesterday around 6-7PM CST, and our faction changes STILL haven't gone through.
We find it weird considering our first faction changes went through almost instantaneously.
Just curious as to if we can expect our actual transfers to go through some time soon or not.
