Too many attempts?

So, I haven't played seriously in a while, and thought I'd check out the PTR. Tried to log into the PTR character transfer page - but all I got was the "No free transfers available to you at this time"

OK...figured I'd try checking it out through the Battle.net site, clicked on the WoW (test) subscription, clicked on the "PTR character copy" link - and it asks me to log in again - try - and immediately get "too many attempts" Really? after my second try at logging in? Oddly it did let me log into the forums.

Question now is, how long is my account 'locked down' Since I now have no way to get to account management or any other functions that require log in to the website? If I keep trying, is my account going to get flagged or something? I really don't feel like jumping through the hoops I had to last March when Blizzard 'thought' my account was comprimised (Taking more than 4 days to clear it up)
