Can't Train Insect Swarm

Made a post on the general forums...thought better about it and decided to post something here just in case I was personally doing something wrong.

I logged on after patch went hot and bee-lined to Moonglade...respec-ed Resto/Balance. Tried to train abilites and got all but Insect Swarm...because it wasn't available on the trainer. I thought it might be because my offspec was balance...switched specs and nope...still not available.

My spellbook says go train Insect swarm at your trainer, but the trainer doesn't have the spell.

Any help?
