Missing Achievement Points and Raid Lockouts

Hey,

I'm down achievement points. Supposedly its due to some Achievements becoming Feats, but that shouldn't have reduced the total I earned. Am working towards "its over 9,000" and time spent earning an achievement should not be unreflected due to the achievement disappearing. Thus, I assume the loss of points is one of the bugs in the change over. Please confirm and let me know if this is fixed through in-game ticket OR through customer service.

Also, my Raid Lockouts are missing. I expected to lose ICC/RS due to the changes in the lockout system for them, but earlier ones missing too. Lost a week on my hard mode kills a few weeks ago due to a glitch. Not open to losing yet another cause of yet another glitch. How is this fixed?

The "loss" of achievement points was intended, Aidenorestes. I'm afraid that because those achievements became feats, they no longer provide achievement points. This is not a bug, and I'm afraid that there is no way to "reimburse" these points.

As for Raid Lockouts, due to the implementation of the dynamic raid lockout system, raid locks were reset for this week. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this was also an intended change to facilitate the new system.

Note that the achievements themselves have not been removed, Aidenorestes. They have been converted to Feats of Strength. Their status as Feats of Strength is what causes the achievement points to be removed, as it puts everyone who is currently playing in-game on the same level - those who have older feats of strength that cannot be obtained do not earn or retain achievement points for the things they did in original World of Warcraft, or Burning Crusade, or early Wrath of the Lich King. It has come with the evolution of the game.
