Need help from Blue - Regarding account

I recently transferred my character i'm currently on to a New Full upgraded account

I checked my credit card statements and all three games were Charged

Called in about an Hour ago or so, and Said would take about

42 Hours for the Pending keys to Update so i could play again


When i login i get Disconnected or Says "You cannot Login Until the character update process you recently initiated is Complete What does that mean?

The 72 hours to potentially upgrade and account to full is correct, but that wouldn't stop a login.

This looks like the transfer was denied, and we attempted to set the character back to your original realm.

That's the part that may not have been successful, let me have this looked into a bit further for you. I cannot speak to why this was denied, but once everything is back in place you could attempt it again if you like.
