No XP Gain in Battleground Pre-80???

So my 63 warlock is only recieving xp for capping flags and all that in mtahc stuff, you no longer get xp for win and loss??? Wth

I'm asking this one be looked into folks. It's possible some changes were made, but I'm not aware of any at the moment.
