New Patch causing massive Frame Rate Issues

I have a framerate ranging form 4-7 in Orgimar and am frightened to go to Dalaran. I have updated my video driver and have been reducing my settings and nothing is working. This seems to be an issue caused by the patch because my framerate has been excellent until the new patch installed.

HELP!!! I cannot raid like this.

Added: sorry bout the caps did not even notice...did not mean to do that...

Anyway....I have been changing my settings stated above...NADA
