Blizzard Store not letting me buy

Using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.10 when I get to the screen to enter credit card information:

At this time, the Blizzard Store accepts only credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Select a credit card (or add a new one) to continue with your purchase.

Enter a New Payment Method

And I click 'Enter a New Payment Method' I get a popup with entry boxes and no labels so I can guess where the CC number goes but under the address area there are several required fields and I have no idea what they are for.

I tried this with Windows Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385 and can't even view the store.
For http://us.blizzard.com/store/index.xml I get:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

So I can't buy anything :(

You may want to try clearing your cache and cookies if you have not done so already. I'll poke around to see if there's any known issues going on with the store. >^.^<
