Upgrade to BC

I Tried to Purchase the BC digital upgrade directly from the site and I get an error regarding my credit card. However my credit card was charged twice for the upgrade ($60) And my game account was not even upgraded. I have sent and email to blizzard payment services 3 days ago and have gotten no response. And Its been three days since the attempted and I still dont have the money back in my bank account. My Account is upgraded now but I had to go out and purchase the CD Keys from Game Time. I would jsut like clarification on why blizzard took $60 out of my account and didnt give me anything in return.

What you are experiencing is called “funds held”, Axelheim.

Each time the upgrade was attempted our system was attempting to verify the transaction. The end result was that there was an issue with the card itself. There could be many reasons why this could occur.

The funds held will typically reverse within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. If the digital upgrade did not complete successfully when it was attempted we will not take those funds.
