Unable to access account

Cant get into my account, havent been able to for 2 days now, everytime i try it says "you have entered in vaild information" when i try to log into the game client. When i try to login to the website it says login failed.
i have an authenticator to my acc ( i bought it ), its been fine for 5 or 6 months. They said it culd be out of sync. [inappropriate acronym removed] ?
it hasnt updated or anything like that.
Could it be something else? cause my email address and password are fine ( tryed to recover my pass 5 times and the pass and email address are correct )
Please help this is upsetting me

The Authenticator generates a code that is sync'd with your account based on a specific algorithm. There are times when the device becomes out of sync with your account where the code provided doesn't match up with what it currently should be.

If you have a mobile device you can re-sync the device by following the instructions in the following Support Article.

If you have a physical device though this can usually only be done through our Billing and Account Services department.

If you can give me the name and realm of a character on the affected Battle.net account though I can try and resolve the issue for you.
