I would just like to know why the constant spam of [body part]"insert link here" has not yet been deemed inappropriate and offensive language in trade chat. I know that myself and a multitude of others have been reporting this for quite some time and I would expect that these people should have more than worked there way through the disciplinary volcano by now.

Have you and the multitude of others been reporting this behavior though the Report Spam feature, Roleena? Individually, this behavior is mildly inappropriate the majority of the times and is addressed accordingly if reported though a petition. However, when taken into account with other players who are also doing it, it is considered spam.

The Report Spam feature was implemented as a way to quickly report illicit advertisements such as gold selling/powerleveling but it was also intended to be used as a way for players to report this and other types of spam. In this way it is a realm's population that can determine what type of behavior is acceptable.

A petition is what you submit when you wish to report an issue to a Game Master, it does not refer to the signing of a petition in order to put a bill or other piece of legislation on the ballot or in this case to request that appropriate actions are taken regarding the body part spam. Sorry for the confusion.

If you and the others on your realm are using the Report Spam feature then these reports will continue to be addressed, Roleena. If you find someone who is particularly prolific or inappropriate player feel free to open up an in-game petition and report it.

I understand that it can seem that nothing or perhaps not enough is done, Roleena, but I can assure you that we take these reports very seriously and we will do what we can to help your realm curb this type of behavior.
