Name locked after Faction Change, please help

I changed my Rogue from the Server Sargeras, to Gul'dan.

Then after I Faction Changed to Alliance, I typed in her name as Heno, which was accepted fine. And then after I tried to log in it told me that my character had been flagged for a name change, but I'd really love that name, and it's not offensive or anything, so I don't know why it could've been flagged for a name change.

What generally happens is this, if you transfer a character and that character's name is taken on the destination realm the character is then flagged for a name change. To apply the new name and remove the flag you'd need to log the character into the realm.

Because you did not log the character into the realm the flag was never removed so although you changed your name with the Faction Change service that flag still existed.
