I logged into my battle.net account. Under manage games I see the beta profile settings. I clicked that. and went to this site

This beta opt-in is safe to download and run correct?

Yes, Orkchops, it is designed to submit your specs and enter you in the Beta Opt-in program. As long as you are going through the official website you are fine.
