Beta Opt-In Broken....

I got a new computer a few weeks ago and deleted my old specs i had registered for me to opt in for the beta's.. When updating them it does nothing, it downloads the program and then refuses to update so now i can't opt back in with my comp specs.. When is this going to be fixed, i've tried to fix it from more then 1 computer and yeah.. not working.. Can a blue plz let me know what's up with this?
