Hi, my account was "locked due to suspicious activity" on September 20th. It happened again today.

However on the first lock email I somewhat flipped out and got very paranoid, I changed my linked email account and changed all my passwords including Bnet and original email addy. Then I proceeded to scan my computer with both Malwarebytes and Comodo Antivirus. I turned up nothing so I was rather confused.

As of now after the second lock email i'm just baffled. So i went ahead and attached an iPhone authenticator. Each time it's happened was right after I was unable to login to WoW. It would give me the 'connecting' message and just hang. So I would shut WoW down and try again.

Not sure what's going on, some clarification on what suspicious activity was detected could help me in keeping my PC secure.

As Pahanda mentioned, Krethar, it may be best to contact Account Services for this issue.

They should be able to discuss any available options that would alleviate the account being locked consistently.
