Paid Character Name Change

Is there an estimated time on when we are going to be able to process character name changes? I am currently receiving an error on the page saying they are unavailable at this time. Thanks.

I'd try back in a few hours, after all the realms are back from maintenance.

It's not uncommon for paid services to be unavailable if some or all of the realms are in maintenance mode.
