Last night I did voa 10 in hopes to get some good class gear. After we Downed a boss two people left, ome of which being the only competition I had for dk gear. We than killed the fire boss, this one being the last boss intended on killing, and to my surprise dk gear dropped. As the only one in the raid I had no doubt I would get it. One piece disappeared from the corpse and was put in my inventory. Another disappeared and..... Well there is the problem. No one received the loot. It vanished. I asked the lm about it and he was very kind in saying that it must have glitched and I should open a ticket. So I did that and requested that I speak to a gm. About 30 mins later I receive an automated response about things that I found irrelevant to the issue such as not being able to contact the lm. So here I am. I am not happy withthe response I was given and would like real help. My realm is maiev. Thanks.
