Grant Levels?

From what I can see, Tweak, it does appear that you used the Recruit a Friend system and there is an account currently linked to yours. I only see one character active on it and that character is level one.

As Shandiee notes only characters on the recruited account will earn levels to grant qualifying characters on the Veteran account. At level one your recruit hasn't earned any levels yet and I don't believe you'd want to use them so soon.
