Character and Account Transfer help

So, I'm trying to transfer my Rogue from Scilla to Kil'jaeden. I'm also trying transfer the account that my Rogue is on to another account. I checked the box in the paid character transfer that says "Click here to move this character to a different account.", then type in the target account and press next and it displays an error message, followed by "The destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer." Both accounts are billed under the same name and credit card, and both accounts have the WOTLK expansion, so I really don't know what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you meet all the requirements, Billyrogue. In this case, matching payment information is not the problem. The first and last name of the registered user on both battle.net accounts will need to match.
