Blizzard store broke ?

Trying to add game time to my account tonight and I keep getting the following message,

"We are unable to process your transaction at this time.
If you continue to receive this error on subsequent attempts, please contact our Billing and Account Services Department at (800) 592-5499 for domestic callers and (949) 955-0283 for international callers. Our Blizzard Store FAQ may also be of assistance."

I have money in the account , I just checked, card number is the same one I've been using since I started playing, so its not on my end, anybody know whats going on ?

There aren't any issues with the store, Gnomehunter. Did you try using a different web browser or different credit card?
