Credit card issue

Paid for a character transfer on october 6th and then was charged for something else by blizzard on october 7th, i didnt not give my card or any information to anyone. just wanna know what i can do, any suggestions.

Frawst, Did you by any chance receive an error on the page while trying to transfer your character?

Based on what I can see, there was only one charge made. This means that the second charge you see is the result of a failed attempt. This is known as funds held and should drop in a few days.
