Poor service

this is my 1st time complaining but, Recently I got a new laptop, downloaded wow etc, and for some reason my Addon button is missing, the button in my left hand corner for some reason isent there. So i went on the Technical support forums and posted there for help. The GMs that contacted me did little to nothing at all to help me. since i couldn't solve my problem there i went in game and ticket"d a gm, waited about 30min when i got to talk to the gm and once again i got little to no help at all. i open"d a 2nd ticket and this time waited an hour. this gm could not help me either so they sent me an email that was supposed to guide me to solve my problem. it did not solve my problem, so here i am now STILL unable to upload addons. i downloaded them correctly, and even placed them in the proper folders/ files and for some reason i am unable to use them. the gms that i contacted did little to nothing at all to help me, so here i am complaining about some very poor service that i received. So i could i Please got some help with my issue rather than a lousy excuse as to why i cant be helped.

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties, Twinkiee - have you tried visiting our UI & Macros forums?

Many of our Game Masters or Technical Support representatives are unable to assist directly with addons, as we do not develop them ourselves, and difficulties with them must be handled through the developer of the addon itself. If the addon is present in the Interface/Addon folder, in its own folder, it should show up when you log into the game. Beyond the Reset UI instructions you have already been given, there is little more troubleshooting we can provide. =(

The players and moderators who post over in the UI & Macros forum would best be able to steer you in the right direction if you continue to have trouble.
