Greetings,

Well guys il get straight to the point i have 2 trail accounts registerd to my email adress aswell as my main accounts, the trial accounts are called "Wow1" & "Wow2", i'v Upgraded "WoW1" and would like to move it to a different email address as i was under the intention that it would not share my "Real-ID" Friends over all the accounts. so i cant play "WoW1" without being bugged by everyone..

And id also like to delete "Wow2" as its useless to me.

Thanks Guys!!

Q u o t e:
awww there not open atm tho :(
Unfortunately they are not, Agnatt. Their hours of operation are 7am - 8pm 7 days a week.

As Bullchanon mentioned though, it is something they would be able to assist with.

As Roraks is not currently in at the moment, I thought I'd pop in. >^.^<

The call centers are open for another 2 hours and 45 minutes, Agnatt, and if you are in queue, you will not be removed from queue once it becomes 8pm here - that is simply the time that new calls are no longer taken. Our Billing representatives are quite dedicated to making sure they answer as many calls as possible, as well as address each one effectively, but to do so, we must ask for your patience in the mean time.

There are upgrades coming down the pipeline to better our call services, but they are taking some time to implement. Thanks for your patience and understanding in the mean time, and I do apologize for the current inconvenience.

Q u o t e:

is 1800-041-378 a free call?

Yep, and designed specifically for our callers from Australia and New Zealand. >^.^<
