Am I missing as to why I got suspended?

A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole.

This category includes repeatedly targeting a specific player with harassment, either physical or verbal and can lead to severe action.

Someone help me out here, I've been on the phone twice and in game tickets 5 times, I can't find this as being a valid excuse to suspend me nor have I been talked to directly by someone who had anything to do with this to explain the full reason

The answer was provided to you that they were able to verify ongoing harassment, as stated in the e-mail you posted above, in this case.

You may want to consider not specifically targeting a player who has asked you to stop harassing them or placed you on ignore. Bypassing our /ignore system is a violation of policy, and it would be best to take time to review those policies if you still misunderstand why you received account action.
