Random authenticator on friends account

My friends account was placed with an unknown authenticator he doesn't have or purchased

and wanted me to post asking a Blue to help him

Your friend is likely compromised if there is an authenticator he does not recognize on the account, ThÃ«situÃ¤tiÃ¶n. =>.<= Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve the situation for him, but I can point him in the proper direction.
