Authenticator button wearing out...

I think my authenticator's button is starting to wear out. I have always worried about what would happen if the button went out or the battery died, so now seems like a good time to ask.

What, exactly, DOES happen come the dreaded day that I can not authenticate anymore?

Also, if I am worried about it, and I order a replacement authenticator, how hard is it to switch to the new one?

There is typically a one year warranty, Choushin. As others have mentioned though, feel free to contact our billing and account services to inquire about a replacement.
