Who can I contact about a forum mod?

This is the most accurate information in this thread. To clarify:

Blues who post in the Customer Service forums are not Game Masters, nor Billing Representatives. We are "CSFR"s, or Customer Service Forum Representatives. We share some abilities with both Game Masters and Billing Representatives, and many of us come from those backgrounds, but our primary function is to moderate this forum and provide appropriate advice.

Other blues can vary widely. There are Community Managers, such as Zarhym, Nethaera, or Bashiok, who moderate all forums and act as liaisons to our development team, as well as other departments within Blizzard.

There are also the blue members of our Mod Squad, like Crithto or Rygarius, who primarily serve to moderate other forums and often do less posting.

Those who post in our Technical Support forum are members of our Technical Support team - they stay in the Tech Support forum primarily and serve a similar function to those of us who post here in CSF, only for (as you might guess) Tech Support.

There are yet others, such as Ghostcrawler or Kalgan, who are members of other departments (such as development) who often take the time to post, but are not necessarily expected to do so.
