Recruit a Friend not working.

Hello!

To get to the blunt issue, it's not working. I've sent my bud a recruit, and it didn't work- The accounts never linked, even though he used the same email and trial key in the account that he made the accounts on. We've tried three seperate times, each using a different email, and none have worked.

Anything we can possibly do to resolve this, or will it require GM assistance? (If the latter, the account he wishes to use is the one under Nickles, just in case any friendly blues are readin').
