Hacked account? - Blue Tracker

my password wasn't working this morning so i reset it and now when i log in i have a message message where the chat lines would normally be saying "Your chat and mail privileges have been temporarily suspended pending game master review"
I ask a buddy of mine and he told me he thinks it's because my account was hacked.
Was my account hacked? if so or even that's not the problem, what can i do? I've been waiting for a GM for 4 hours.
I don't think I did anything wrong, I only play casually like an hour or 2 max every other day. I dont hack or bot or spam or sell gold. I realize a lot folk probably say that to get out of trouble but I swear i didn;t do anything other then explore or quest.

Heya Quartermar,

It does not look like your account was hacked, although, it was suspended for spamming. I believe you should have an email with details regarding the suspension. It will take about 24 hours for the restrictions to be lifted. If you feel this is a mistake and would like to dispute this, your best bet is to wait for your in game petition to be answered or by contacting Account administration here:

You should be able to see details of the action in your email. If you do not, you will need to contact Account administration as stated above.
