Non hacked character deletion

So I logged into my account today and my toon (this particular toon that I'm posting on) is no longer on my character list. I didn't delete him and as far as I can tell my account has not been hacked. Everything else is in it's proper place, all of my account info is the same, no gold or random missing items...just this toon.

I opened a ticket but would like to know what the deal is.

I am very glad our game masters were able to assist, Supatek.

Keep in mind that while the authenticator is a great way to protect your account, it is by no means protecting your computer from viruses/keyloggers.

I recommend you make sure you continue to scan your computer at least once a week, if not daily.
