I rarely check my email, maybe once every month or so..
Well, I checked it today. My inbox and junk folders were basically maxxed out from emails from Blizzard. Well I'm going to assume almost all of them were from scammers, but it's quite possible that a couple of them were legit.
My concern is, that I am afraid to open anything that appears to be from Blizzard, however I did open afew of these emails that appeared to look legit (but more than likely weren't). They had no attachments or anything, and my account has an authenticator, so I do feel a little safe.
Blizzard could you just confirm to me that everything is okay with my account to give me some peace of mind. The couple I did open talked about permanent closure of my account among other things. And also, would it be quite safe just to never open any emails that appear to be from Blizzard, wether they are legit or not. Or could that negatively affect me, am I meant to be sorting through those tonnes of emails to find the real ones from the fake ones?
