If the lootrules are clearly stated MS>OS, the item is clearly rolled for, and the loot master gives it to a class that could not gain any benefits from using the item, is it possible to have the item reassigned to the 2nd highest roller if it is misuse of masterloot? Or will blizzard just delete the item and hit him with a banhammer.

The item was DFO, i rolled 93 on my mage, paladin rolled 97, the paladin was in the ML guild. Is it possible for me to get the item?

If you feel that you were scammed, Aez, you may report. Keep in mind that due to the loot distribution system in place, ninja looting is not possible. Unfortunately even when a scam is found, loot redistribution is rare.
