Getting frustrated at this botter

So, for the last 48 hours straight, there has been a person using a bot program to farm mobs in Icecrown. I reported them well over a day ago, and they are still here botting away tonight.

This is quite disappointing as it is my favorite spot to farm Frostweave Cloth. D:

How long does it normally take to deal with a person that is CLEARLY using a program to automate his character?

Did you report them on the account you are posting with, Nightsight?

The last in game ticket I see in regards to a bot is 31 days old and it was abandoned before anyone was able to get to it. While we do have certain methods of detecting bot behavior, we ask that you report it to us if there any that show up for extended periods of time.
